The link below contains the HMA Membership Forms. Please read carefully and bring to the park filled out. You will be able to drop it off at the Gate or turn it in during any race registration. The forms will be picked up weekly. We ask for 3-4 weeks for delivery of your membership card (during peak registration times). Please notate if you would prefer to pick it up or have it mailed.
